The Quality Operations Support candidate will support Keysight manufactured test equipment. Specific duties include: mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for for performing inspection of sub-assemblies or final assemblies or Keysight products. Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, and/or diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies. Maintains records and/ or databases. Working within the designated area of expertise, the candidate will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting Keysight technicians and NPI Engineers.
Prior experience is strongly preferred. Applicant should have at least 4 years of related experience.
This position requires some education, and/or specialized training/certification
- Must have strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background, and be able to read blueprints. Should have basic understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage.
- Experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.
