Job Title: Business Process Representative 

Position Details:

• 100% onsite at 22361 Gilberto, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, 92688.
• Hours/Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
• Approximately 24-months contract. (Target Start/End Dates: 04/21/2025 - 04/20/2027).
• Looking for someone who can work 1st 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Keysight’s Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA exists to provide precision machined components that enable the capabilities of Keysight’s industry leading electronic measurement equipment. As a contract employee you will support the heat-treating operation.  Utilizing on the job training you will be challenged in delivering operational excellence in processing parts through manual and automated operations, including visual inspections and assembly under microscope.  Manual dexterity and fine motor control are critical for the successful candidate.

Keysight is looking for an individual who is self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.  You must also be a team player who enjoys working in a multi-cultural fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Ability to read and converse in English.
• Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Manual dexterity

Experience with any/all of the following is highly desired:

• High volume parts inspection/handling
• Experience working with Microscopic Inspection
• Part deburring, cleaning, and handling

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $19.00/hour - $25.50/hour.
