Job Title: Logistics Associate (Loveland)

Position Details:

• Work Schedule/Hours: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
• This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 900 S Taft Ave.; Loveland, CO 80537.
• Contract Duration: 12 months.
• Must be local to Loveland, CO to be considered.

As a Logistics Associate, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials—from receiving raw goods to preparing finished products for shipment. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Duties:

• Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify packing slips against physical inventory, and inspect goods for damage.
• Material Movement: Move raw materials to production lines and transport finished goods to the warehouse using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Order Picking: Accurately pull and stage orders for outgoing shipments based on pick lists.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards) and perform daily safety checks on equipment.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer entry.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with the shipping/receiving team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $15.00/hour - $20.00/hour W-2.
