Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator, Materials Handling

Position Details:

• Work Schedule/Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (CST).
• This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 2012 High Street; Elk Horn, Iowa 51531.
• Candidates must be in the local area (Elk Horn, IA) to be considered.
• Contract Duration: 24 months.

Duties:

• Perform shipping and receiving functions at our Keysight service centers in Iowa, which include but are not limited to packing and unpacking equipment, locate boxes and retrieve equipment that is ready to be shipped.
• Utilize strong computer skills.
• Use excellent communication and organizational skills to interface with customers and peers effectively.
• Ensure compatibility between customer expectations and support provided by Keysight Technologies.
• Work on tasks with clearly defined objectives

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with fellow team members, customers, and management while adhering to the highest standards of business ethics.
• Have the ability and desire to learn in-house systems.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with customers and peers.
• Must be flexible and capable of working and driving between the two different Iowa locations based on the needs of the company.
• Understand project timeline, goals, and processes and take the lead to complete those requirements.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facilities.
• Be dependable - good attendance record is key.
• Positive attitude.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $15.00/hour - $20.00/hour W-2.
