Description:

Job Title: R&D Technician

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7 am - 5 pm time frame - Some flexibility with start/end times)
  • This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 1900 Garden of the Gods Road; Colorado Springs, CO 80907
  • Be prepared to work overtime as business conditions require - Compensation for overtime worked will be in accordance with Colorado state law and company policy
  • Contract Duration: 12 months

You will be working with many people include, R&D, technical support, marketing, and NPI to support the folowing efforts:

  • Oscilloscope calibration (all active families of Keysight products)
  • Oscilloscope and QUADS software Installation/Reinstallation
  • Oscilloscope and QUADS hardware service coordination
  • Oscilloscope application validation and issue submission
  • Oscilloscope maintenance.  Narrow down what the issue is on a scope and provide the instrument to our local team to fix
  • Make sure the equipment that we used with the above equipment is operational
  • Help with the imaging to SSDs that go into the equipment

You will need to work in an Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) controlled environment.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or NPI environment or equivalent
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • General knowledge of electronics and electronics manufacturing
  • Experience in electronic mechanical assembly including torque drivers
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment successfully
  • Demonstrated flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity and change

Desired Qualifications:

  • Higher level education or certifications in electronics
  • Classroom or work experience using electronic test equipment, specifically Oscilloscopes and Probes

Pay Transparency:

  • This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $23.37/hour - $31.16/hour W-2
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)
