Job Title: Fabrication Manufacturing Technician (Day Shift)

Position Details:

• This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 1400 Fountaingrove Pkwy; Santa Rosa, CA.
• Work Schedule: 9 AM – 9 PM (12-hour shifts). Mon-Weds and every other Thursday (3x4 and 4x3).
• Contract Duration: 23 months.

Responsibilities:

• Handles and mixes hazardous chemicals for the use of wet processing of etches that proceed or precede several deposition steps with many of the processes having stringent timing. In addition, must change out or add solvents to various pieces of equipment.
• Ability to run specialized deposition tools and verify proper deposition with the use of periphery measurement tools.
• Performs detailed inspections with the use of microscope to determine complete and proper processing on several platforms
• Ability to run multiple deposition tools on several platforms and the ability to interpret computer logs on tools to ensure the various has processed correctly
• Uses multiple periphery equipment such as thin film measurement tools, profilometer and dry etch Ashing tools
• Supports engineering with manufacturing special tests and or new product introduction.
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly qualification of deposition Tools, Dry etch Ashing Tools and photoresist lifting tools

Qualifications:

• Semiconductor processing experience a plus, but not necessary
• Must very detail oriented and have the ability to run precision equipment to comply with critical specifications and other requirements and have the ability to communicate with engineering in regard to anomalies
• Ability to lean quickly and work precisely from written instructions regarding safety, chemical handling and wafer handling
• Ability to be on standing and moving for long periods of time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent manual dexterity
• The ability to work in a cleanroom environment which requires specialized work clothing
• Use of PC required specifically knowledge of the use of Microsoft Excel and other supporting programs such as MS Word
• Knowledge of the use of quality control systems and the ability to interpret control charts and other data analysis
• Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the company and being comfortable learning new computer systems
• Excellent work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and team skills

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $32.28/hour - $32.28/hour W-2.
