Job Title: Manufacturing Tech Specialist, Proc/Prod - Expert (Swing Shift)

Position Details:

• 100% onsite at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403.
• Work Schedule/Hours: SWING Shift: Monday thru Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM.
• Contract Duration: Approximately 23-months.

Duties:

• Provide test support within a manufacturing environment, focusing on electrical validation and characterization of R&D and production microcircuit products.
• Execute electronic test sequences and procedures to verify product performance, functionality, and compliance to specifications.
• Set up, operate, and calibrate automated and bench-top test equipment (e.g., network analyzers, power supplies, signal sources) to support engineering and production needs.
• Interpret and follow test procedures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure proper execution of test methods.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying test inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, and assisting in test development activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with ESD, safety, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in electronics, microelectronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in electronic test operations within an R&D or manufacturing environment, supporting microcircuit product validation and performance verification.
• Ability to set up, operate, and optimize test equipment and systems; troubleshoot product failures, test setups, and measurement issues.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting test procedures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation; capable of executing in-process and final test verification.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, strong attention to detail, and ability to ensure data accuracy, support team collaboration, and maintain compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $26.25/hour - $35.00/hour.
