Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Keysight’s campus in Santa Rosa, CA exists to provide mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight’s industry leading electronic measurement equipment. As a Mfg. Ops Coordinator, you will support machining processes and be responsible for Warehouse duties. Working closely with Machinists, Planners, and Logistics you will be critical to keeping Operations going smoothly on a daily basis.

Typical job duties would include:

• Creating job jackets for production orders.
• Making job and material transactions in Oracle and Camstar systems.
• Kitting jobs with needed materials.
• Coordination of Calibrated tools and system maintenance within MARS.
• Shipping and receiving of LLM components and raw material.
• Accountable for multiple sub inventory locations and associated weekly cycle counts.
• Data entry as needed within Microsoft Excel.

Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:

• Education/Experience: May require some specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP system.
• Knowledge of Camstar MES system.
• Knowledge of MARS Calibration system.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Logistics Experience.
• Forklift Certificaton.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range: $30.00/hour - $35.00/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours/week). Keysight Location: 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403. Contract Duration: 24 months (10/01/2024 to 09/30/2026).
