Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Soldering

Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for performing precision soldering tasks, conducting inspections under a microscope and manual assemblies. This role requires great attention to detail, excellent focus, and a professional attitude. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are preferred for documenting and reporting production data. Experience working in a clean room environment is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Perform precision soldering tasks with accuracy and precision.
  • Work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small components.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Handle small parts effectively.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Precision soldering skills and ability to work with small parts.
  • Experience in operating production machinery is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with inspection tools such as microscopes.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a clean room environment with specific gowning requirements. 40-hour work week Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range: $23.00/hour - $25.00/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday (40 hours/week), 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. This position is 100% onsite. Keysight Location: 1900 Garden of the Gods Road; Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Contract Duration: Approximately 24 months.
