Job Title: Quality Technician (GD&T)

Position Details:

• 100% onsite at 1900 Garden of the Gods Road; Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
• Hours/Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (MST).
• Approximately 12-months contract (Target Start/End Dates: 04/07/2025 - 04/06/2026).

The Quality Technician will support Keysight manufactured test equipment. 

Specific duties include:

• Mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy.  
• The candidate will be responsible for direct application of technical skills.  
• Working within the designated area of expertise, the candidate will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting Keysight technicians and Process Engineers.

Qualifications:

• This position requires some education, and/or specialized training/certification.
• Must have Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background, and be able to read blueprints.
• Must have understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage.
• Must have experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office).
• Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
• Works with clearly defined objectives.
• Solves technical problems of limited scope and complexity. 
• Exhibits the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with wide range of people.

Preferred Skills/or Experience:

• Experience with coordinate measuring machine and optical surface profilers.
• 3D modeling knowledge with NX, SolidWorks, or other software.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour.
