Job Title: Logistics Associate

Position Details:

  • 100% onsite at 900 S Taft Ave, Loveland, CO, 80537.
  • Hours/Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week, 8 AM to 4 PM.
  • 24-months contract (Target Start/End Date: 07/17/2025 - 07/14/2027).

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Material Handler to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing storage areas, and ensuring timely movement of materials within the warehouse or production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials efficiently.
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Maintain inventory records and conduct routine stock audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requests.
  • Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely; stamina for repetitive tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems; experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification (if applicable); safety training in material handling.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Ability to coordinate with internal departments; effective communication skills.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Pay Transparency:
•    This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $20.00/hour - $20.00/hour.
•    Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
