Job Title: Hermetics Operator

Position Details:

• 100% onsite at 1900 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
• Work Schedule:  Monday thru Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM (MDT) - Compensation for overtime worked will be in accordance with Colorado state law and company policy.
• Approximately 24-months contract (Target Start/End Date: 09/08/2025 - 09/06/2027).

Perform Hermetics operator duties as required:

• Prepare lower-level parts for the Hermetics assembly processes.
• Prepare and load components into the appropriate belt furnaces, ovens, and other devices within the Hermetics area.
• Initiate and monitor the Hermetics processes.
• Inspect parts for defects once assembly is complete.
• Perform packaging of completed parts for next step delivery and shipment.
• Be prepared to work overtime as business conditions require.  Compensation for overtime worked will be in accordance with Colorado state law and company policy.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/or GED.
• At least 2 years’ experience in metrology or measurement tooling and critical cosmetic inspection and handling of delicate and or small parts demonstrating rapid skill development and progressively increased proficiency.
• Proven success in an assembly position or similar operation to over-deliver on customer needs.
• Must have effective verbal and written skills, enabling effective interaction with co-workers, engineers, maintenance technicians and management team.
• Must have demonstrated the comprehension skills to follow processing instructions, both formal and informal, and must have the ability to learn and retain instructions/information given.
• Must be able to read prints and comprehend GD&T methodology.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $21.00/hour - $25.00/hour W-2.
