Job Title: Electronic Service Technician
The Electronic Service Technician will support Keysight manufactured test equipment through testing, calibrating, assembling, and disassembling to maintain functionality and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction with effective communication, technical innovation, and application of skills. Calibration and repair knowledge of Keysight equipment is highly desired.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience in the calibration and repair of electronic test equipment.
- Specialized training, certification, or Military experience (PMEL experience preferred).
- Proficiency in using automated calibration software platforms (e.g., STE, PC-Based, METCAL, TME).
- Ability to work with clearly defined objectives, handle repetitive assignments, and solve technical problems of limited scope.
- Capable of performing adjustments, calibrations, and basic repairs, with the ability to escalate complex issues to experienced technicians.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across a wide range of people.
- Effective time management and resource utilization, ensuring proper use of Keysight assets (e.g., connector care, ESD, ETE).
- Adherence to established production processes and responsibility for achieving team production goals.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range: $21.74/hour - $24.63/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, (40 hours/week) - 2 PM - 10.30 PM
Keysight Location: 10090 Foothills Boulevard, Roseville, CA, 95747.
Contract Duration: 24 months (09/16/2024 to 09/15/2026).
