Job Title: Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Die Sort)   

Position Details:

• 100% onsite at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95403.
• Hours/Work Schedule:  Swing shift Monday thru Friday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 PM - 40 hours/week.
• Approximately 24-months contract (Target Start/End Dates: 14-Apr-2025 - 13-Apr-2027).

Specific duties include:

• The role in the semiconductor Die Fab area is a critical one, where precision and attention to detail are paramount.
• As a Sort operator, you will be entrusted with the meticulous task of handling delicate integrated circuits, which are the heart of modern electronics.
• Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of the products, making your role essential to the success of the manufacturing process.
• The ability to follow product documentation and engineering specifications with precision ensures that each circuit meets the stringent standards required for performance.

Qualifications:

• Key skills for a Sort operator in the semiconductor Die Fab area include meticulous attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and a steady hand for handling delicate products.
• Proficiency in using computer programs and semi-automated equipment is also essential.
• Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, even when working independently, to ensure alignment with the team's objectives and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and skills.
• HS diploma is required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills with excel and outlook
• No prior experience is needed although previous manufacturing experience would be a plus
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to read complex process docs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Continuous learning and adaptability are also important, as the role may require acquiring new skills to handle varying scopes and complexities of work.

Pay Transparency:

• This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $23.00/hour - $25.50/hour.
