Job Title: Business Development Manager

Position Details:

  • This role can be based anywhere in the US, including remote locations (Must be able to support West Coast sales reps).
  • Hours/Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
  • Approximately 12-months contract. (Target Start/End Dates: 04/28/2025 - 04/27/2026).
  • We’re looking for a person who has worked directly with customers selling and supporting financing.

Business Development is at the intersection of Marketing and Sales. We collaborate with marketing to create marketing materials and to develop quoting and ordering processes to support compliance needs. We work hand in-hand with the sales force to provide them with marketing materials, qualified leads, training, proposal, quote and order support. It is an ever-changing and varied role.

This position is responsible for business development for our growing Financial Services sales. Our customers need to transition from a Cap-Ex purchase model to an Op-Ex model given the change in economic forces and their internal financial strategies. Keysight is looking for an experienced financial services sales support professional, particularly in the equipment leasing industry. The position is focused on helping Keysight’s customers take advantage of increased procurement flexibility to use and own Keysight’s products and solutions using KeysightAccess. He/she will communicate and integrate with the Keysight Hardware Sales teams to solicit their support to maximize the growth of orders and educating Keysight sales colleagues. Here is the detailed description: Work alongside the senior business development manager to:

  • Build relationships with Keysight’s HW Sales members 
  • Provide training to HW Sales members individually and in group settings
  • Collaborates with internal departments
  • Manages incoming leads and prospects for opportunities
  • Creates supporting documentation for proposing, quoting and booking agreements.
  • Present, negotiate and aid in closing opportunities with financial solutions
  • Meet sales and revenue plans
  • Support outbound marketing activities and the creation of sales collateral
  • Funnel Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Related Field or Significant Experience in Equipment Leasing/Finance Industry
  • Proven track record in financing sales support
  • Understanding of the financing/leasing market along with knowledge of the different financial solutions like IFRS and GAAP Accounting Standards
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and writing
  • Competent user of technology and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Salesforce
  • Strong math skills and experience with HP17B or T-Value
  • Basic comprehension of credit concepts
  • Commitment to intellectual growth and ongoing development
  • Strong team player able to work with multi-national team members

Pay Transparency:

  • This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $35.00/hour - $38.00/hour.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
