Job Title: Materials Handling

Position Details:

  • 100% onsite at 1199 S. Colorado Avenue, Loveland, CO, 80537.
  • Hours/Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 40 hours/week.
  • Approximately 24-month contract. (Target Start/End Dates: 04/14/2025 - 04/13/2027).
  • We’re looking for a person who has worked directly with customers selling and supporting financing.

The Loveland Primary Standards Lab is looking for specifically qualified individuals who can perform various administrative tasks and logistics coordination.
Through in-depth understanding of the organization’s activities, provides support to professionals and management for any of the following responsibilities: document creation for support organization or external customers, performing delegated administrative responsibilities of service tech role, call management, office automation assistance, remote team support, etc. Responds to customer inquiries, acts as liaison with product divisions and other internal entities for customer feedback.
Specifically, you'll be part of a team calibrating and maintaining 3458A Digital Multimeters, multifunction calibrators, thermal voltage converters, four terminal pair standards, resistors, shunts and similar reference and primary level standards. 

The position will challenge you to:

  • Provide Shipping and Logistics team coordination, planning, and assistance as required
  • Prepare outgoing and incoming shipping, workflow and regulatory documents to internal and external customer orders in compliance to all international requirements.
  • Review, create and edit all work orders to align with current capabilities and policies
  • Part / Inventory process management including status, inventory control, shipping documents and other administrative requirements
  • Create and manage all department supplies, parts, equipment and accessory orders
  • Coordinate all internal equipment for appropriate level of calibration performed with appropriate internal or external calibration facilities
  • Create, revise all internal orders, checklist, and workflow documents.  Manage the work in progress listings and priorities accordingly
  • Generate, revise and track all repair quotations
  • Manage all order exceptions
  • Generate, track and provide status on all outsourced calibration and repair activities
  • Review outgoing orders to ensure work order and customer compliance

Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ minimum experience required
  • Applicants must possess the following skill-sets:
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office application including Outlook
  • Experienced use of web-based CSM or order fulfillment software is strongly preferred
  • Part inventory experience highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Experience in high-tech/electronic industry is a plus
  • Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs 

Pay Transparency:

  • This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $22.00/hour - $22.00/hour.
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
QUALIFICATION/ LICENSURE :
  • Work Authorization : Green Card, US Citizen
  • Preferred years of experience : 3+ Years
  • Travel Required : No travel required
  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
